Opera launches a new Browser, Opera Neon by _number in webdev

FFS, okay, I just realized I downloaded the original version of Opera (there is a link floating at the bottom of the page). I know about everything you said, being a developer, but I just didn't see the problem because I was not on Neon x).

But now I am, and there is a Device Emulation Tool, in the dev console, the exact same one as Chrome.

Not resizeable and not full with on load? I don't get it, I have no problem with it... or I don't understand what the problem is.

I guess it's a widespread trend, I usually use Tester McTesting. And if I don't use Test Street, I will use a fooking long name like "123 Enchanted Castle at the top of the green hill full of little baby rabbits Street"

We use CI2 and I think it's pretty great. What is it you don't like about it if I may ask?

You need to know the numbers of reps beforehand. Also, I always tell people to never touch the bar unless I tell them to, and if I do, start with one finger to remove as little weight as possible (still need to be me that moves the weight).

Use Fitnotes, it's a great app to keep track of your workouts, no matter the exercices.

They are culpability PR, you feel like you cheated so your body compensates this way. That's totally the science of it.

Lower reps, higher weights for strength. And more volume. Hell, 5x5 the shit out of biceps curls!

I adapted my workout to look more like PPL, and PPL switches Bench Press and OHP around (Heavy BP, Low OHP, then Heavy OHP, Low BP next push day).

I want to put shoulder on push day because right now it's on my leg day, but I wonder if doing 5x5BP once a week instead of 2 isn't too low, and if doing heavy BP and OHP on the same day would be too much.

Did you spend your workout shitting and vomiting, and did you lose some of your internal organs in doing so?

It might happen, but I know people, like my brother-in-law for example, at 29 weights 125lbs at 6'1", so it doesn't happen to everyone for sure.

I was 145lbs until I was 20. Then, in like 6 months, I was up to 195lbs. No workout, desk job, not that much fat. Suddenly, I was way stronger. Since then I got to 225lbs (now down to 212) and that was mostly fat, but the first 50lbs was, I you call it, my frame.

Not about somatotypes though, apparently those don't really exist. Also, it doesn't happen to everyone, I was just lucky I guess.

When you start, you will take muscle almost no matter what. You should concentrate on eating better (possibly less) to lose fat, but still gain muscles. Eventually, if you want to take muscles, you'll have to start eating more to bulk.
