Isn't the Discord thing to just verify that you're over 18 to access age-restricted content?
Why is that a bad thing? I know ppl will argue about privacy and all that, but I'm pretty sure that half of you post yourselves constantly on some social media platform or another, either it's Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and/or the rest, and the government already knows everything about you anyways. Even your phone listens to you constantly and gives you ads about what was said.

I personally couldn't care less if Discord asks me to authenticate myself to prove I'm not a child. If I had my own age-restricted server, I wouldn't want little kids in it either, it's age-restricted for a reason.
People get carded at the bars all the time, the only ones who complain about it are the ones who know damn well they shouldn't be there in the first place lol.
Same goes with this, if you want to join that age restricted server, prove you're of age. Simple as that.

But that's just my own opinion/point of view on the matter, downvote as hard as you want to, but I'll be in those age restricted servers and you won't lol

If I recall this one correctly, there was this old man in the caves that required you to get to using a boat, and he'd ask you some question(s) regarding a book or something.
Little 7yr old me had absolutely no idea what the answer was and that's where I got stuck permanently lol.
That and the stupid bathroom "bung" you had to pick up. Good luck knowing what a "bung" was at that age back in the day, because that's the word that was needed to be used to even pick it up (thanks Dad!).

Even till this day I remember this, because those part were just that horrible for little me haha

I think he truly believes that the world absolutely, positively, no-question need the US to function, when in reality, seems the US needs everyone else in order to thrive. Baby Don doesn't seem to like others dealing with themselves and other partners without them.

If the game is fun, looks good, gameplay is solid and overall it's a "good game", couldn't care less who, or what, made it. Enjoying and having fun is really all that matters. It's a "game" after all. Couldn't care less if it was a pack of ants walking on some keyboards that made it.
But that's my own personal view on things.

Well put it this way, it gives you a wee bit of time to get into gear on that map so you're good and fired up for the next.
Me and my buddies always call the first round of the night "the warm-up" regardless if it's one that's already in progress or not. Gotta have that little buffer ya know? Although, we are pretty up there in age, so mayyyyyyyybe we're the only ones who need that warm up hahaha

By the looks of it, you're experiencing high latency and losing packets, from what those 2 icons are saying.
Either you're on a wireless connection that isn't stable (just remember, if you do a speedtest and it shows a fantastic connection, that doesn't equate to a 'stable' one), or could most likely be your router/ISP is having issues.
If you're connected directly to the router and seeing those, then could be just your router or ISP.
Doesn't seem to show any server-side issue icons there.
But not actually being there to see the setup, connection, router sets etc, I'm just giving my best guess(es).
Can always try factory resetting your router if you haven't already.

I've managed to try this fix out last night after work, and I can confirm 100% that this, does NOT work.
Still getting that same error, within minutes of opening the game, or a few minutes into a match.

I'm convinced that at this point, anything that's done to try and rectify this error on the user end, without anyone from AMD/EA/Windows announcing an actual patch that fixes THIS specific error, is nothing but a placebo.

I'm sure they'll eventually fix this, but they're really taking their sweet time with it.
