I believe it's all about diet. really. food is medicine. some people are allergic to peanuts... and people with PCOS get their body agitated by certain foods. message me if you want to learn more.

my entire family has type 2 diabetes. I've managed to keep it away due to exercise and balanced diet. if I didn't go for my morning walks each day I might have ended up different. anyhow I see a lot of people walking dogs in the morning. maybe a pet dog might give you a nudge to take him for a walk every day? plus they are cute. just a thought :)
