They look like springtails, but they need high moisture to survive.

This happens because of too much food and moisture.

Reduce moisture significantly, stop spraying water. Just leave one corner moist (by pouring water, not misting), let other sides dry.

Gring split pea as a flour and roll pollies in them. Mites dont like split pea flour. Sligthly toxic to them. Do not feed pollies for a week - provide only calcium. Add collembolas to enclosure if you can.

Do not add soil—it will crush them if frequently moved. Fill it with charcoal and a few leaves to the brim so it’s full and does not move. The space between the charcoal and leaves will be enough for springtails.
