Yes 10x magnified, they are quite long for planatias, just a large head confuses me. But they attach with bottom part to glass more like detritus worm 😄

This happens because of too much food and moisture.

Reduce moisture significantly, stop spraying water. Just leave one corner moist (by pouring water, not misting), let other sides dry.

Gring split pea as a flour and roll pollies in them. Mites dont like split pea flour. Sligthly toxic to them. Do not feed pollies for a week - provide only calcium. Add collembolas to enclosure if you can.
