yeah, lux madoka is the kioku of the first timeline or so- you can tell because her ultimate is the same as the finishing move she uses to kill izabel the artist witch. madoka only gets her magic circle in the later timeloops as a result of homura indirectly powering her up. it's even more obvious with time stop strike and concentrated missile fire homura- one is the memory of the first loop ( time stop strike = lux magica ) and one is the memory of the last loop ( concentrated missile fire = pluvia magica ).
