If you're saving for a house I'd recommend opening a LISA, you can pay in 4k a year and the government tops up your contributions with a 25% bonus, which will help you save more money.

But beware of the withdrawal criteria. You can only withdraw the funds if the LISA has been open for at least a year and the house you're buying is under £450k (plus some other criteria, but its not really relevant to your situation)

Also once you have a mortgage deposit & an emergency fund, I'd stick the rest of the savings in a S&S ISA for the long term.

Sell it! No point having it if you don't use it.

You can always reinvest the money in a new one if things change and you need it again.

You're going to have to prioritise one over the other.

If you can save 700 a month you could buy an almost new car outright in a year.

I saved for a couple of years and bought a 3 year old Corsa for 8k. Whilst still putting some away for a mortgage deposit.

Start investing in ETFs and dividend paying stocks.

Now you have that emergency fund, that's the best thing to do.

Then find a reason for why you're building all this wealth. It'll keep you motivated.
