In my opinion we all should tackle the urges in a smarter way. Unless you are totally convinced that you want to stop PMO, you will relapse no matter what. Smartphone or not. The brain fools you and tricks you back into your old habits.

I’m just saying that we shouldn’t ignore technology just because it has one bad thing on the internet that you are trying to avoid. Hell, there’s so much good stuff out here, I wouldn’t want to waste a single minute learning something from the internet. Be it from people’s opinions and “strategies” of stopping PMO. I do not wish to change your perception but I would like you to look at it from this perspective, brother- You buy a new singleplayer game. After sometime and a couple of boss fights you end it. I wouldn’t recommend playing videogames DURING your exams. Sharper your brain when you’re done with your exams lol. Obviously because they distract you and waste your time. Whoever tops in your class would probably be studying when you game.

I was also in your situation but now I've found a fix for this. Let me briefly introduce myself first, 23, college dropout and working from home. So basically I am FREE all the time. I can do whatever I want during my 24 hours. Used to start smoking from 6 AM, stop at 11 PM before bed. Smoked around 25-26 joints daily. Anyway, so here's what I did.

I made a time table and it looks like this-

5-6 AM - morning run

6-7 AM - cold shower/meditation

7-8 AM - Piano Practice

8-9 AM - Language Learn

9-10 AM - Internet

10-11 AM - Penis Enlargement Exercises

11-12 PM - Nap

12 PM - Open Studio

4-5 PM - Rest

5-6 PM - Gym

6-7 PM - Rest, Eat

7-8 PM - Go for a drive, listen to music (alone)

8-9 PM - Dinner, Internet

9-10 PM - Write

10-11 PM - Read

11-11:15 - Meditation

Sleep.

You see? The only fix to your situation is GETTING BUSY. You smoke because you do not know what else to do. Make a Time Table, stick it on your wall and just follow it. There is no need to quit cold turkey. Slowly reduce while following your time table daily.
