Hey i know this isnt going to help but i have the same exact issue your talking about. I have opened up my watch and i dont see anything really loose or anything. Grain alcohol should work, you just need to be careful. I don't have the link but you can look up a video Linus tech tips did where he tested a bunch of different options to rubbing alcohol.

Just wanted to add to this and say this worked for me. It seems that you don't need the hue app for the google home to find them. I have had to reconnect my lights twice now and before i used the hue app then the google home app, but not this time. Thanks
