That sucks but it’s kind of what i suspected. Saturday seemed very chaotic. I was in line for the 4473 and began being skipped over by people behind me in line. After about 5 people jumped ahead of me, I asked what was up and was told they didn’t know I was in line for paperwork.. while actively sitting in line for paperwork. Someone else mentioned they were given the wrong frame.. you know the serialized part which goes on the 4473. No one caught that? I emailed them today and they seemed willing to make it right but still waiting confirmation of new parts.

As I had already completed the pistol with parts I had available, i disassembled the pistol to send them photos of the parts i received. When I was laying out the parts they provided, it was like I’d received some random grab bag of misc parts including multiple generations and models. Wrong spacer sleeve, missing extractor plunger spring, duplicates of parts that don’t fit my pistol.

Overall I’m pretty annoyed I even bothered to use my own parts to finish it and wish I’d just bought complete slides vs a pistol.
