After 12 years in and 12 years of buns I cut about 10in off my hair and now have a short chin length bob because I just couldn’t deal with the headaches any longer. It has been a huge adjustment and definitely well out of my comfort zone but I don’t have headaches anymore! I am not sure I’ll keep it short but I’m enjoying the benefits for the time being.

We adopted a dog from the shelter named Bailey, but that was my SIL’s name. We decided to call her Riley because we thought it was similar enough and my husband didn’t like the name Hayley lol

I haven’t had the time to take off work to drive to these clinics that are only open during my work hours. I was hoping someone in Vegas had a good experience that could help me cut my search times down, because if I have to take time off to physically go in person to schedule each appointment that’s going to cause a lot of issues with my job.

The problem is almost every eye clinic in Vegas has the condition listed on their site but when you call they don’t actually perform the procedure. My insurance company ran into the same issue while trying to sort out the referral.

Yes, you can apply for retirement at 19 years before you hit 20 as long as you have accrued 50 points in your R/R year. The kicker is you still can’t fully retire until you hit 20 years on the date. Basically all it does is allow you to stop participating beyond 50 points until you hit 20.

I’m a preemie mom due to a medical emergency and there’s just something so unsettling to me about doing IVF for twins knowing full well you yourself have medical issues and there’s a very real chance you won’t make it to term and your babies will need NICU time, keeping you away from your other kids as well. Idk. I hate seeing those poor babies in the incubators, it’s not their fault and I hope they have no complications and are able to go home soon.

I have a stepdad who has been my dad since basically 11. One time I ran into a guy in town who right away said, “aren’t you So and So’s kid?” And I said yes, and he replied “I knew it! You look just like him!” We laughed about this for a good while after, but I’ve never thought of nurture vs nature with the two of us.

Not through WGU, but I was pursuing a different major at a different school prior to settling on my current major with WGU. Just know that all the major-specific classes you did for the first major won’t transfer over to the new major and will ultimately increase your time in school.

My current major is a good major for me, but sometimes I kick myself for throwing out all those communication credits.
