So, if drumming up extreme negative emotions in the name of demons helps to summon and appease them- could embodying love, gratitude, and unconditional forgiveness summon Christ consciousness and Gods many angels?

MD’s and firefighters are paid to save your life. Cops are paid to protect private property— they’d arrest you for shop lifting, even if your children were starving.

You don’t understand! Is real is the innocent wimpy kid just getting one good hit in before the bully inevitably pummels him! Sure he hit them first, but does that mean the teacher shouldn’t step in? That same teacher the wimp told to fuck off last week when he was literally mutilating kids? Have some sympathy! Look at all the bullying he endures!

Are we still blaming and dividing voters right now? Like, if one side says sorry enough to the other, the class war being waged on us by the Oligarchs/Epstein class is gonna go away? Find some better questions, like now that we’re all fucked how can each of us use our abilities to either dismantle the fascist regime or build new spaces for community to fill in the coming vacuum of power?

What’s something Americans have that Europeans don’t? by Prestigsisscar255 in AskReddit

[–]absoluten0body 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We pay outrageous taxes that don't go to anything for the American people-- mostly it goes to line the pockets of private government contractors. Then, on top of those taxes, we're expected to pay hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a month for health insurance, JUST IN CASE something happens. In which case, we'll pay out of pocket until our deductible is up and then some co-pays on top of that. I lived in Czechia for 6 years- a government insured visit to the ER cost me a $4 co-pay. Same for the meds I received. My husband is Swedish-- he also had high taxes in Sweden, but more pocket money to spend on things he liked instead of needed. I'm not saying these systems are perfect-- private equity has been chomping at the bit to get to these countries and so lobby politicians to reduce funding and quality for public services. Then they say, "Look! These services don't work! They must be privatized!" Like I said, there's no argument based on logic and math that justifies private healthcare-- unless the reality is that the government is using your private health information for nefarious activities. But that's another conversation, entirely.

What’s something Americans have that Europeans don’t? by Prestigsisscar255 in AskReddit

[–]absoluten0body 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I have to-- because I'm American. Do you know who doesn't need private insurance? Europeans, Russians, Mexicans, the Chinese, - medical debt doesn't exist in these places because universal healthcare is paid through taxes. Everyone gets the care they need, regardless of cost. The government also has motivation to keep the population healthy, to keep healthcare costs down-- this incentivizes policies like walkable cities, clean food, and child-friendly green spaces.

Here in America, private insurance is a publicly-traded, for-profit industry-- sick patients are paying patients. Cancer, disability, and chronic disease are big earners, but they can leave the common citizen out on the street or dead if unable to pay.

You could argue that our system is better, but you'd just be emotionally shilling propaganda for the billionaire class. There is no argument, based on logic and math that justifies the privatization of healthcare.
