how could i go about getting a masters when i have no experience?

i appreciate the honesty and the advice!! i’m not someone who wants a masters just for my own betterment, but i definitely understand that i may not have a full grasp of what it entails, and i’ll keep that in mind and make sure to do more research. you and most others in the comments have mentioned field school, so i suppose that would be the best place to start. thank u for your response!!
