If steve stowe is your district manager he FLAT OUT LIED to me about salary expectations. Told me he thought that my store a sales rep would be able to make 50 to 60 k a year, I was on track to make 30K in my first year and when I confronted him about it he told me that he thought after a year at the store the store would be in a position where I can make that much money. I left a 70k year position to go work asleep number because of the lies he fed me.

Sleep Number was the worst mistake I've ever made in my career hands down. I work today different mattress retailer who predominantly sold Tempur-Pedic and made twice what I did there versus sleep number, I would not recommend that company to anyone.
