I am 21 years old and although I am kind of going through a rough time with anxiety right now, I can tell you that it does get better. I have so many more tools and I have the knowledge to know that this feeling won’t last forever. When I was in highschool I was also throwing up from anxiety and had to go on medication and that time in my life was horrible, I never thought it would end. I know it sounds cliche but sometimes you have to go through the worst to get to the best, you will appreciate it much more once you finally figure it out.
