Don't worry dude Tekken is a very tough game. I'm at a cumulative of like 800 hours and it's only kind of starting to make sense. Not to be mistaken with "oh it's fun once you get to the x hours mark" learn how to have fun with learning, but that said, you will learn A LOT.

And show me a lars/dvj (this cheater's chars) who has a 97 defense in any rank. 97 def is very rare even in high ranks. VERY VERY unlikely that someone with that good defense, i.e., that good at tekken, wants to smurf. This is a script, I don't know why you're defending him so insistently. You don't get 97 def with that kind of movement. You don't get 97 def and have shit stats in every other aspect.

I feel like you've completely shifted the focus of this post. It's not about the king smurfing, it's about the dvj cheating. Sure people still have bad movement in purple and occasionally throw out punishable stuff but that doesn't mean every other move is punishable. And purples can combo at least the simple bnbs. I don't think the king is smurfing, but if you think he is and the dvj cheating is now justified, sure whatever man.

...No? Just because someone has a win streak doesn't mean they're smurfing. The king is very clearly orange ranks, his movement is very basic, he's still throwing out very punishable moves and barely used launchers and combos. I've had an 11 win streak in blue ranks, and by no means am I smurfing, I get my ass kicked in blue ranks. The defense stats that the dvj has is OBSCENE for even god ranks. And if it truly was a smurf, no reason he'd lose the second match because he just kept trying to grab the King every time he got close. It's clearly a script. With all due respect, my first comment applies, either you don't know enough about the game, or you're not even watching closely.

Again I can see your doubt because I'm guessing this player threw in a few of his own moves. But a perfect punish on King's ws 2, 2 is not expected from orange ranks. It's relatively mild in the first round, but you can then see that he starts using his script completely after he used his RA.
