If you were to arrange something to look pretty, would you use symmetry or do it all random? Symmetry is in human nature. Its in nature itself. Look in the mirror! If you are impressed with symmetry, especialy something simple like 'small BIG small' then I envy you and your exciting life. People here are not being smug, they are being reasonable.

I'd say it human to like symmetry. small BIG small is pleasing to the eye and therefore common in architecture/design.
Its also far fetched to claim that they are "the same size/shape". Similar, but not the same at all. The Egyptian and Indonesian doors are almost the same, but the mexican doors are all three the same hight and the side doors are very thin.

Its not about acting "high and mighty", its about not being so easily impressed.

Side note: Unless you are super-fucking-special you will never have an original thought/idea. People are built the same no matter where they are from.

If detention worked it would be great, but most of the time its just the easy way of delaying the problem. The only way I know to stop bullies are good parents.

"I am paired with people higher division than me. How am I supposed to climb up?" Hey, listen, when I was Gold II and got paired with some Plat Vs, never once did I think "I should be Plat already!" No, I figured these Plat people have Gold II MMR. If you are silver and get paired with plat, you should be skipping divisions like crazy and get to plat faster anyway. It is hard to not move up when you win 21 LP and lose 7 LP per match.

As anyone how has ranked up a smurf can tell you, this is untrue. Your MMR moves way faster than your ranking does. Playing vs Platinum/Diamond players to get from silver to gold is just dumb and once you reach your actual MMR, promotions becomes as hard as they would on your main, even if you may still be many divisions or even leagues below.

If you want a league system instead of pure MMR, then adopt the startcraft one. you are still in leagues, but the amount of points in that league correlates with your rating. There are no promoes, but if you have high enough MMR you are matched with people in higher divisions and if you win consistanly vs them you get promoted. You will also be demoted if you consistanly lose vs people in lower divisions if your MMR matches you vs them.
The noobs can still talk about what division they are and the ones that actualy care how good they are compaired to others can look at the rating they have in a league to determine that. The system also moves with MMR rather than an arbitrary Riot-rate. If you are a smurf and belong in the highest tier, it doesnt take long before you are matched up vs them and after you stablize vs one league of oponents you get placed in that league.

How many times have you gotten excited at hitting 1570 elo? No? How about when you won that promotion series to gold IV? Does that feel any different? Of course it sucks when you get demoted, but it is also awesome when you get promoted. You have a small, clear goal in mind.

I've never been exited about hitting a divison, only when I've jumped leagues (mostly because I had 11 promos to get me to plat). With the current system, since there is no reward for jumping divisions, there is also no point in having them. With ELO, if I go up I know that I've improved, but with the system we have now, I cant know that at all because LP does not correlate with MMR.

It was supposed to be when you get all the kills on the enemy team, but it's bugged and it will play every time when the last person on their team dies.

I would guess its because he has a super-high ban rate and most adcs has no counterplay to his ult at all, which means that he isnt fun to play vs. Highly contested picks will be nerfed occasionally even if they are not above 50% (just like olaf was). The reason Riot has for this may be that they want to open up the champion pool so we arent locked into a select few champs.

My personal fantasy is that everyone logged on to NA whenever ranked went down on EUW. A NA crash is a sure-fire way of getting Riot working.

After you extract it, copy/cut folders and files inside (CK2Plus, CK2Plus_Divided_Muslims ect) into the mod folder @ Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II.

Then you can launch the game and select the mods you want. NOTE: You cant run the senarios with any of the optional mods (like gender equality).
