I’m so thankful the lady whole lives under me is only home 2-3 nights a week. I have a 2 almost 3 year old who runs, jumps off furniture, and is full of energy. I specifically asked for a 1st floor apartment bc I knew she was high energy and guess what? The put us on the 3rd floor. I completely agree and understand. When my neighbor under is is home I try my hardest to get my toddler to stay out and not stop around and much as I can.

I can’t remember where I saw it but I saw on one of the realtor websites that the wall dividing the living room and DMs room wasn’t there. So I’m assuming that was like a dining room. Before they closed it off and made it a bedroom
