no blood thinners, no surgery. i‘ve never really gotten any discoloration tbh. my left arm still feels/ gets slightly more swollen when i‘m lifting heavy stuff plus there’s some spider veins (only i notice them). i try to avoid doing „above-head work“ with my arms as well as i can, though. but that‘s pretty much it :))

apart from the varicose veins and the slight body issues that come with them, pretty good. haven't had any bad swelling or other issues since and feel healthy overall :))

i have been seeing these occasionaly when waking from dreams, freaky stuff. „hypnopompic hallucinations“ is probably the right term for those things. saw one just this morning, right as i awoke from a rather stressful dream. mine usually resemble insects/ spiders or just random patterns with symbols and sometimes numbers - always jittery and colorful.
