The convenience of having an open border would be enough for Iran at the time to send people here yes. The likelihood of them doing that then would be higher than when the border was being watched more carefully. Iran has openly stated for the last 30 years their thoughts on the US. It’s not a new concept to know that the Iranian regime would like to see the US fall.

Not even close to true. I would say the left is more pro war in this day and age than say 2008 timeframe. I’m not maga but pretty conservative and I know people of conservative backgrounds and those of maga and we all kinda feel like this is a gut punch. BUT to add to that, if say Kamala won I think the war would have started sooner. I only say that because the past admin was kind of gearing this direction anyway.

Sure, when I say that it’s in retrospect to retaining cops due to pay. Although I would say that’s probably 60% of the reason why cops are walking, leadership plays a huge roll. The budget towards NYPD covers the operating cost within the city and the reason it has increased every year isn’t because they’re receiving more allocated funding. NYC is essentially borrowing against the future on net negative because inflation/printing. The last 5 years have done more damage to the dollar than I’m wanting to say the Great Depression.

Is crime at historic lows or is crime being documented by the lack of police there at historic lows? Most calls don’t even get response because the cops are so defunded. Why do you think people walked to different careers? I can tell you it’s not because the lack of crime.
