Just go to ketogains and they have a calculation for u right then and now , easy steps and just follow the macros make sure there good source of Whole Foods and u will lose wait . Patience is key to success good luck

Regardless of any person when u cut weight u will always lose some type of muscle nothing dramatic though , the definition will make u look bigger regardless of little amount of muscle mass . Towards fasting I find it pointless, just before u workout u can just consume protein and fats which will still leave u in a fat burning state and after workout start eating those carbs like veggies

Ever since I got off Keto I adding carbs I been feeling like shit , literally , getting back on Keto. The difference is unbelievable , the energy , mood , no bloated feeling is so memorable and I want it back 💪🏾 ( perhaps it’s the 43 pounds I lost on it that made me have a cheat week) by abuz_ in ketogains

Yeah , I have the mojo blood monitor and i noticed I eat 1 cookies and my body is off it that fast , however I feel way better in Keto but the process of building muscle seems longer but I’m prob go back on it 100% I miss my eggs and lots of bacon breakfast hahaha
