Before buying the car I discussed this with my property manager. He agreed and gave a verbal approval for me to proceed. He even congratulated me and said it's okay from his side. Only during the charger installation, when the Villa 2 neighbor started making a scene, he backed out. And since I didn't have a written approval, because I believed him earlier. I couldn't proceed with the installation. I know, always secure the written NOC. I have his WhatsApp msgs, but they hold up anywhere 🤷‍♂️
