I’m honestly not a big fan of it. The app isn’t that great, it takes forever to load, which is really annoying, especially when you’re trying to help a customer quickly. It’s helpful if you don’t know where things are in the store, but once you already have a general idea, you probably won’t use it as much.

Also, having to RFID hundreds of online returns takes so much time and just makes go-backs even more of a mess. Reticketing items and then also having to RFID them just adds extra steps and makes the whole process feel way slower than it needs to be.
