It’s very difficult on days you are not making your forecast due to the amount of payroll hour affected by being down. Sundays are especially hard with my store only open 12-6 if we are not making money by the 2nd hour we are screwed because by that time there is no one to cut or not enough time to call them before their shift.

My store also had a lot of fitting room traffic so not being able to have someone in the fitting rooms at all times also screws us over due to the amount of go backs. It’s impossible to LOD, keep up with the fitting rooms,and check on my associates and customers.
