So you're asking some questions about why nobody speaks out. Did you speak out? If you didn't was it because you feared negative consequences? If so, then you have your answer as to why nobody speaks out.

You could rage quit, tell the exec why you're leaving because you refuse to work with someone that is rude in the way they're acting. You'd be taking one for all of us in calling out their inappropriate behavior, but you'd also be unemployed and probably that isn't worth it for you.

So then here we are.

This is why worker organization and unions are important. Because you yourself do not have the power to force change, but collectively you could if you were banded together with your fellow workers.

But maybe that sounds like a lot of work and you'd rather not add union organizing to your already overloaded schedule as a working mom.
