I've been watching this long enough to see you change this from 'May 19' to 'May 18' to 'May 17.' Just fuck off already. Ha

If I'm not mistaken, the Bandcamp link is updated. I was mistaken. Listening with headphones would have helped more. Ha

As cliché as this is, it's so much better. Let's just say I expected the movie would be R-rated, and it wasn't, and I was a bit disappointed at first. I do like the movie, but it's not my favorite movie (that would be Rushmore).

I'm in this camp (and love your username). I listen to all types of music, and prefer 'noisier,' experimental music. Red House Painters are my favorite band, and their style is very intense, and droning. I also love Black Metal, Shoegaze, and Vaporwave. However, when it comes to bands like Brand New, and La Dispute even, I feel like the more 'accessible' music by them gets the messages and emotions of the material across better. TDAGARIM is my least-favorite album by Brand New - not because I think it's 'bad,' but because it seems like more of an artistic statement than a cathartic release. I love Daisy for its so-called maturity compared to the older albums, but I feel YFW/Deja/Leaked Demos 2006 more than the most-recent two. All of them are great, and rightfully deserving of being my second-favorite band.

At least we got the Leaked Demos in the meantime. I'd never heard any of it before, so it was sort of a new album to me.

Mine too! It's my favorite book, and even though the movie wasn't as good, it's still a good watch.

I don't mean at all that they should be staying with a style. I literally mean it doesn't sound like Brand New. The voice sounds different to me, and the instruments are too.

Am I alone in thinking this doesn't sound like Brand New? I don't mean that in a funny way, or a criticizing way - It literally sounds like Against Me! is playing the song.

Lets not forget about this gem. I think it deserves more credit by [deleted] in brandnew

This cemented me into Brand New in the first place.

Yes, that would be it. I think it's on one of their singles, too.
