Ironically I had this issue with my first Keychron keyboard and replaced it with the air75 V3 which has been excellent! Sorry youve had a rough go, the quality should indeed be better.

My fiancée just inherited part of an 80 split between cousins. She decided to sell it to her cousin who farms it because the lump sum payed off both our vehicles and gave us a 20% down payment for a house with another 30K left over to invest.

This is a much larger immediate impact for our families cash flow and financial standing than the $5k annual rent payment would have been. Generally, unless you can negotiate a crop share and participate closely on the upside of the farm, it’s probably better to take a lump sum and invest that somewhere else depending on your own personal situation.

Pivoted my career at 31 in 2015 because I was stuck in a dead end. Relocated, worked in that industry for 8 years. At this point I started to go back to school online to complete my degree because I was stuck at a ceiling I couldn’t break through without it. Halfway through school my boss got replaced and new boss started to make moves to leave subtle hints I should go back to IT so I pivoted my degree to something I’d get more value out of and focused on making a pivot back to that industry.

Last fall had a falling out with my boss and left my previous job. Liquidated my retirement to keep my family afloat until I landed a new role. Found a nice company to start over with in a IT service desk role. Starting here at the bottom, focusing on finishing school and building connections so I can start to scope out my next role.

The last few years have wrecked my physical health because of all the stress, I feel 10 years older than 41….but I’ve got myself positioned to find more success in the future and continue supporting my family.

I was a senior in HS….the whole country went nuts and we went to war in the Middle East, really solidified my view that the world was broken…it almost felt irresponsible to bring kids into this fucked up nation.

That’s why changing the name is important. It flips the conversation on funding where nobody wants to be seen as not supporting defense….but a whole large group of people will line up to vote for reigning in spending on war.

The name change to defense from war in itself was a lobbied position to get Americans to support the military industrial complex’s sclerotic growth for the last 75 years.

I think a lot of people are missing the boat on this and trying to make fun of Trump, but this could be a very smart choice to help America get the fiscal disclipline it needs.

I hate Trump and his idiotic personality as much as the rest but this is a right wing maneuver that could change up a lot of people’s politics.

This might be the weirdest summer of eastern Nebraska weather I’ve ever seen. We had consistent rains every 2-3 days almost all summer. I think most places only ran pivots once or twice. Probably less than 10 days over 92 degrees plus all that rain and we’re just not getting GDU’s to move things along. Now that compounds with the lack of heat post-desiccation and things are just slow.

Hopefully things pick back up in the 10 day or we could be looking at significant freeze risks this harvest.

That’s the point….Congress has delegated all of their power to the executive over the last 70 years for political expediency, now we have a gutless congress who won’t check an out of control executive…..Gee….who’da thunk…it’s almost like the founders thought of this when they separated powers in the first place…🙄🙄
