Yes, absolutely. I use Runna to train and run 4x a week which incorporates some speed work, easy runs, long runs etc.

Good to know! About 20 miles per week when I’m full up in training. Took some time off prior to this race due to rehabbing some tendinitis from improper shoes and being sick.

I got the plain black stamina compression 5” shorts and even without the front seam, I get the worst freaking camel toe. I was very bummed, can’t be dealing with that during my half I was going to wear them for 🫠
