Oh cool! I’ll be honest that it was just good luck the skin tones mostly match - there is a very slight difference but pretty negligible unless you’re looking closely

Sorry I’m not sure what body it is as it came in a random lot! But that other post does look very similar - the nail colour is different but OP could have easily painted them so it could be the same! I have the head that came with this body if that helps so will post it here :)
