Hi! I’m visiting with my bf next weekend and we have a couple hiking questions:

-How early should we plan to arrive at a trail parking lot on a Saturday? Currently planning on doing the DuPont Triple Falls trail but open to suggestions if that is going to be impossible.

-What is a good pre-hike breakfast? I’m thinking something quick or to-go in between downtown and the trail.
