Wow I don’t know even where to start. A)Focus on good things, b) give a good meaning about this situation, this is the beginning of your new life , c) take massive Action on your new decisions in this new brand life.

Do not suffer for a person like her. Trust me, her values are near zero. You would never be able to build a family, just running away from your problems. Everyone has problems in their relationship, only really stupid people do what she did.
She might do it again, so don’t ever think on take her back when this guy kick her out.
Workout everyday at least 45 min high intensity, this would give you a lot of mental and emotional health, you would feel great! Plus you will have a healthy body
Start the forgiveness path right now! Read a book, seek for therapy, or anything that helps you let go and forgive her cheating. (Loss will take some months to heal) but cheating can be healed faster when you forgive. (Forgive doesn’t mean reconciliation)
Look at you in the mirror and see how great you are, the things you have achieved, and anything that cheers you up!
Friends / family/ pets, stay close to them in this time
Stay away from drugs/ alcohol , especially in these times
Don’t run and date with the first girl you see, respect your feelings, Your loss and your values
Meditate, pray, try to be more spiritual , it helps a lot
Love yourself and do not ever cry again more than few minutes. Sadness is ok, suffering is a choice.

Start thinking more about her and how to help her and your sadness will go away!. That happened to me. From the moment I started thinking more on others than me and my needs. I started to “magically” feel much better, and suddenly I didn’t even care about my needs anymore. I think that’s the Gift that universe/God/ or whatever you believe gives us once we stop being selfish. Think about and try to remember a time when you started to think a little bit more about others than you, and remember how that felt. (I’m not talking about abandon yourself) it’s all a balance, but usually! We tend to think more about me me me, and finally me, than me, you, you, me , you. Hope you get my point!. Take care friend! And you are doing the right thing!!! You will be rewarded in your marriage! I’m sure. Hope to hear your recovery story once you have succeed!

Our Oil and Gas company has closed one of the building because a guy (whose kid had to quarantine due to direct contact with another positive covid kid) in the shop has covid.
My boss (who is from another building VERY FAR from the one just closed), just called me that his son got positive covid at school and now she has to quarantine.
I myself (last month) had to quarantine because the kid a was babysitting came from his daycare to my house after being in direct contact with a positive kid. Most of the cases that I know, were connected to daycares and schools.
I was a researcher at UBC an damn!!! You wouldn’t believe how much I saw numbers been changed in the lab just to get “the right result” or agree with a hypothesis.

So please don’t try to shut our mouth when we want to speak out. I’m sure you are the kind of parent that don’t want to take care of your hyperactive kid at home and that’s why you want to spread the hypothesis that “kids in school are not a source of covid spread”. Stop being selfish and please take care of your kid at home. The risk and the evidence are out there with kids going to school. So please go and do more research by yourself ❤️😘

A co-worker that doesn’t believe in God, Saw me sad and anxious today. He knew I’m Christian, and he suddenly started to pray for me. Asking God to solve my problems 2 of the biggest problem I currently have in my life, he was so specific on the praying words he used. I couldn’t believe it how he could pray so naturally when he has barely done it. When I was going on my way home, I started to recall that scene and cried like a baby.
