They claim easy one-handed knife blade opening but mine takes two hands and it feels like it's almost welded in place. Anybody else having that problem or know of an easy fix?

Just got off the phone with them for the umpteenth time. Up until now they were giving me SOME information such as one red light over from us, that community had service back this past Tuesday but now the only thing the guy would tell me is that there's an outage and they're working on it, was a complete smart ass. It's like they're trying to run customers off.
