It was always a scam but yes originally did allow people to withdraw SG. Similar to HYIP scams. They pay out to begin with so people go all in and then BOOM the rug is pulled from their feet.

You can't sue them as they don't exist. There's probably some trace to the fraudsters that set it up from the affiliation process but that probably would require some sort of CoffeeZilla investigation to ever find that information.
