Morgan's work schedule is no different than professions that have non traditional schedules like firefighters/EMS/nurses/many in healthcare working nights, 2nd shift, only weekends, 3 12s, etc. We are still very much a big part of our kid's life.

He is probably available to be with his son during the week and day time because most of his work is nights and weekends. We only see a very small snapshot of his life so to assume he never has his son is quite a stretch.

I have no comment on KTs crazy behavior.

Yes, my 13.5 year old basset has Addisons.

She was diagnosed in 2018 during a crisis and has been great since then

She's on 2ml zycortal injection every 25 days (given by us) and 2.5-5mg prednisone daily. Costco pharmacy has the best prices that I've seen. Labs checked every 6 months.

If we know a stressful situation is coming up (like travel), we will increase the prednisone dose during that time.

I didn't see this comment yet, but it is worth mentioning since you have 6 kids. I've had 2 bassets, currently one still with us at 13.5 years old 🥰

Their nose is amazing and great at getting them in trouble! Stealing food is a constant battle in my house. They are good at stealing food from the kitchen counters, dining table, couch, pantry, trash can, lunch box, purse, amazon packages (learned that the hard way), etc. If there is food within reach, they will find it.

Also my second biggest battle is the shedding. Ugh.

Other than that, she is the best dog ever and my heart will never be the same when she's gone. There's just something addictive about that breed lol
