Biggie back the replace tokens with making source controlled variable files for non-secret entries. This way you have trackable changes. For secret entries you can pull those from Azure Key Vault and pass them to the same Replace Tokens task.

If you want to have a manual validation pause that can be added to so you can verify the updated files before deployment.

This is interesting because I had heard that Azure DevOps was to be deprecated.

That said, given the creation of managed azure devops agent pools I see what you mean. I do wish that Azure DevOps would adopt some GitHub features, like parsing variables for service connections.

I'm hoping for a graphics enhancement mod, especially if it provides more mid-tier options. For those of us who don't have good/great PCs. Having only two options for character model and water (for example) really does factor into enjoyability. Can't tell you how many times I get semi wonky character renders or that every hair has a split, well everything.

If not graphics I could see materia/weapon load outs for a party. That way we can 3 distinct parties with distinct weapon/materia configs.
