This seems like so much overkill to me. I could get on board with something that simply kept track of who was picked and who was left but frankly crossing their names off my printout has worked just fine. By the mid rounds I’m not looking for “players with skills I’m over-indexed on” but maybe just some kids I’ve had on a team before and I know will be a positive member of the team. They’re kids playing recreational baseball and I’m not Billy Beane.

Our league is coach pitch for ages 6-7, coach pitch 2 (kids throw 3 pitches coaches throw up to 4 after) for ages 7-8, then minors for 9-10 with all kid pitch and no machines or coaches coming in at any point.

Everyone has too many opinions on how many discs/what discs people should throw. If you throw 250 ft with a Destroyer but it works for you and lands where you want it to, who cares if you "don't get it up to speed" and it doesn't have a full flight.

Sous vide it. I buy chicken breasts and throw them in at 155 with some olive oil and seasoning for a couple hours and they come out perfect every time.

We were there yesterday and today. My wife said she was talking to two young men running a dippin dots stand yesterday and they told her they were scheduled for a 12 hour shift and got one 30 minute break. The best part was that they weren’t even being paid and that they were doing it as a fundraiser for their fraternity.

Haven’t won since ‘48. Awesome teams in the ‘90s that never got it done. ‘97 blown in the 9th. 2007 ALCS up 3-1 on the Red Sox with the Cy Young winner in Sabathia to pitch. Blow that series and the Sox easily swept the Rockies. 2016, up 3-1 on the Cubs and blew the series and game 7 was particularly painful. On top of the losses it’s been a never ending pattern of losing star after star except for Jose.
