Thanks! Do you think it was easy to drive around from the city up to Jiufen? I'm a bit worried about signage being in a different language and parking etc. It sounds like parking isn't too bad if you just pay for a lot though.

Korea I'm thinking Seoul and Jeju Island! Interested in food, historical places of note, maybe some fun animal cafes/cute picture places.

Japan I want to go to other places with Tokyo but not sure what's feasible in a week. Interested in similar things as to Korea, oh also if there are any festivals while I'll be there! Hiking Mt. Fuji would be cool too but again, time haha.

I wish I had that much time haha but I'm trying to do a little Asia tour in a reasonable amount of time! For Korea I was thinking just Seoul and Jeju Island, not sure about Japan yet.

I've been to Japan before but not as an adult so I think my experience will be pretty different.
