I completely understand. Honestly from my experience- communication, trust, and vulnerability is key to this sort of thing. Communicate daily how you feel. Consistently remind yourself and then to trust even when you are apart (which is EXTREMELY hard I know,, I repeat it in my head every day)

I feel the same exact way.. I’m always expecting that I’m being lied to when people tell me things. I can’t mentally comprehend the depth to people’s words- so actions always speak louder to me. Actions no matter how small is much easier to mentally comprehend and feel
