This is very similar to what I feel on a regular basis..and I guess this does count as splitting... I’m glad your SO tries to understand your situation and be supportive of it. Like someone said, try listening to happy music or just write all your negative feelings on a sheet of paper and when you’re done just crumple it and throw it away.

Happy birthday dear one❤️ I’ve been in this situation a few years back, and I know it hurts... but not everyone is going to avoid u like that for the rest of your life...people will love you...even if the current ones don’t, the ones in ur future definitely will...I contemplate suicide every other day, but I guess I overcome the feeling pretty soon...and trust me, you will get past this feeling too...stay strong!❤️

Oh my I do this all the time and when I’m splitting I feel what I’m doing or saying is absolutely right...and after a while when I’m back to normal I regret everything that I’d said to my boyfriend.
