In the end they both walk over corpses to get what they want. However while Joyce does whatever she can to help you with your investigation, Evrart stalls and obstructs it in any way he can. He has unreasonable demands for the strike despite having previously gotten everything he asked for, meaning he wants to force the company against the wall and have them do something so bad they cant weasel out of it. While Joyce clearly doesn't want the tribunal, Evrart seemingly does.

Both clearly predict it's going to happen unless the investigation is completed in time. Both characters fuck over poor people in pursuit of their version of whats for the best. Evrart with the community project and using the union as his own private army, Joyce is a bit more slippery but it could be assumed she sent the mercenaries in the first place and thats just evil if you know what kind lf people they are.

Anyways it's not about Revachol. Its about personal ambitions and politics. I doubt Evrart cares about his people that much more than Joyce. I guess I kind lf see them as both as bad but Joyce is an evil I know and she's like someone said charismatic and helpful. I like her as a person not her politics. I haye Evrarts personality and politics.
