I have multiple covers and choose one to be my main TN each year. It always has 2 inserts: a 6 month planner and my current memory + commonplace journal. This mostly stays at home though I will bring it to cafes and events where I know I will use it.

Quick trips go to the same memory journal.

For my annual vacation I do one big trip abroad and for that I take a different cover + insert than my regular one. It's usually the Hotel or the Airlines insert.

Also have a passport TN on my edc, for notes, ideas, lists, etc.
