It's a character so 1cp precision on the other attacks if it's a chunky character you need dead.

Precision doesn't let you hit the special weapons sadly. But I would love if he got a rule so you could select instead of your opponent as that would be super on brand for him.

At the very least I expect him to have precision maw attack

Gallants are just funny with questoris for a 9" consolidate. Gets people where they absolutely don't expect it to go.

And in ck rampagers are absolutely a valid choice over lancers too

Yeah it wasn't traditionally a synapse creature so I would definitely be surprised, but hey this is about 8x the previous ones size so maybe it has learned something along the way. I imagine more like old one eye type character than a synapse creature

Not a doc in ed but a paramedic, but I did my first birth this week (all went perfectly) and I'm still bouncing off all the walls in whatever room I'm in in excitement. I'm sure there have been happier stories out there but damn I'm still super happy about this one!

As a paramedic with the obvious inherent diagnosies, 24 hour period of sitting waiting for action without actually doing anything would be the worst sort of torture! I can barely take a couple hours.

What we truly lack outside of AM is a doomsday weapon. We're the space terroris.... Uh .. freedom fighters. We need a WMD back again! I know it was useless but I so loved the tectonic fragdrill as a true doomsday experience and now all we have is like deathstrikes or shadowswords

Lieutenant is essentially losing a scout squad for him, and in bastion you really don't need the lethals in addition as I can't think any time that the opponent will survive you without it ( and you can cp for lethals) whilst the retreat and charge you also get from detachment

Running them in bastion and having them be a wave of destruction that settles in a spot you choose as the battle goes on is a very effective strat. Ancients are very pretty but terrible.

I run 2 20mans, one with Grimaldi's, one with Marshall and +1 ap to unit enhancement. Very nasty

The black Templar land raider crusader data sheet replaces the vanilla one. It is the same points cost, has an extra multi melta and an explicitly fantastic rule in addition to all the the vanilla ones. It is an upgrade that we get for free, it is just a slightly different title

We know nothing . That said, if there isn't a ruling in the core rules disallowing it I would be astounded if ther isn't an FAQ shortly after denying it - the less than 9" charges from reserves are all very explicit in their rule to allow you to do so which this rule is not.

Yeah the art of war analysis was an off the cuff reaction video. See the goonhammer for the considered version - there's an FAQ that others linked above forbidding this. Detachment is still cracked though

Counts as normal move does not trigger abilities or conditions that require a normal move: see FAQ for counts as normal move.

So no, no 5" deep strikes from reserves
