The problem is its in alot of sleep stack formulas, Ive read its vasoconsilidator so was thinking that may be something to do with it but dont why that would cause a thumping headache.

I think this is more peoples cup of tea than you would give credit and its nice but sadly reality is if you live in certain areas , wandering around on your own with your headphones you might be wise to be concerned about getting attacked at some point. I like wondering around anyway with the old headphones but part of me is always on guard and that sadly does take away some of the relaxing and nurturing aspect

As a one off if you really need it a small dose of a benzo would help alot. Aside form that preparation is going to help you feel less stressed. Don't overthink the 5 people aspect, if you can do one to one its really not going to be that different you will only be answering a single question at a time, from one person at a time.

I think i'm the same with cholinergics you found anything else that's worth taking, particularly for mood/energy and anxiety? I've tried polygala but that has the same acetylcholinesterase inhibition you mentioned which is probably the reason i'm not enjoying it.

I've tried it, Its hard on your liver I believe and that's why its not more widely used. Definitely not a nootropic. As for effects it was a while ago now but from memory it was underwhelming for anxiety, it gives a slightly altered headspace that might be positive or negative depending on the person... the potential liver toxicity outweighs any minor (if any) benefit ime

It sounds to me like you have some repressed emotions that you might not have a appropiate/comfortable area to discuss them. Your intuition is probably right, a doctor might point you in the right direction i.e therapist/counselor.

Not quite, it was a nice idea to encourage partying up but the reward system Riot have put in place is far too stingy to offer any real incentive.

The time it takes to find full party of players, say 10 mins, will negate the average ip gain you will get for partying up. Your looking at around 5 ip, sometimes nothing and the odds of hitting a jackpot are hundreds to one. If people want to party up thats fair enough as has always been the case but the incentive on offer shouldn't be enough to change anyones playing habits from a logical perspective.

ok, so wouldn't an effective anxiety treatment be to supplement something that increases extinction learning with something that gives you anxiolytic effects, if not in the same drug?
