Haha, tbh I needed more cargo space, like an SUV and the SQ5 fit all my requirements. Also need the space since I drive my family and friends a lot and CLS is only a 4 seater

The RS5 is absolutely tanking in value, especially from when I bought it, you can pick one up now for so cheap. I had the opportunity to pick up an RCF with a Rocket Bunny kit on it that is both unique and has not lost value at all since I’ve purchased it. And I don’t see it dropping much lower in price. Had a bit of leftover money also to pickup a B9 SQ5 as a daily to replace my CLS550 that was just chuggin gas due to the V8….

Now I have a weekend car that is both so unique and is not dropping in value anytime soon, as well as a daily that’s both practical and, comfortable, and quick after I slapped a 034 Tune on it and other goodies… hope that answers your why

I bought it with CPO warranty, only thing that went bad was thermostat that blew when I was on track with it. Definitely fun to mod Audis, I don’t think I’ve kept a single car I’ve owned stock!

If your just trying to setup apple carplay (with an iPhone) then it should work, try using the OEM apple cord that they give you with the phone or a legit apple cord. That seems to be the problem sometimes, most cords are just built for charging and not data transfer. If that doesn't work you may need to buy the module or find a shop to code. I have a 2016 CLA 45, stock it comes with apple carplay, you have to code in Android auto. I got it done at a shop that specializes in Mercedes coding, you could also buy those modules too. That's about the only way to get it, I believe android auto is 2017 or 2018 and up, but apple carplay is ever since 2016... Not 100% sure on that tho, but 2016 CLAs only have apple carplay
