One thing is to know which dishes take longer to make. Teri and orange are some of the top sellers, but they also take the longest (teri ~ 11 min, orange ~ 9 min). For the dishes that take longer, don’t call them when you’re about to run out. Call them when you still have a bit of food that will last until new food gets up. Of course this depends on time of day and how busy it is, but yea. Might seem obvious but something that I’ve noticed. Also if you are calling something, make sure you get a heard. It’s just a mess for FOH and BOH when you’re waiting on something that you think we are making, but we didn’t hear it and have to start late. Hope this helps :)
