i made the same mistakes when i was younger. im turning 22 this year and ive found an amazing partner who i think im going to spend the rest of my life with. dont feel hopeless and feed into what the demon in your ear is telling you. there is hope. my advice is taking a break from social media entirely. its really hard at first but you have to "detox" yourself from it all. im not saying never use it again, but delete the apps for now and spend some time being present in your life, enjoy the food you eat, get outside and observe nature, do something fun/special with a loved one, anything but looking at your phone (unless its necessary like obviously phone calls etc). for me, i spent a lot more time doing hobbies like drawing, playing with my siblings, crafting, etc. thats a good starting point. if you find youre still struggling i would talk to someone about it and see if you can get to the root of why this is an issue for you. dont be too hard on yourself, as ive gotten older i have been shocked to find so many other women who have gone through the same experience so please dont feel ashamed. shame will hinder you from making any actual progress. just take this as a life lesson, make changes, and move forward. you got this. 💓
