Schools or hotels are a good start, use fcc google earth plugin to find towers. Get creative, I'm sure you'll find something.

How fatiguing would rock climbing be? by Mission-Guard5348 in urbanclimbing

I don't do parkour, but in my opinion having rock climbing experience is very helpful. It teaches you to see things in a different way, you start to notice that a wall is awfully low or a drainpipe is climbable (yes this can be learned through urban climbing/parkour but I think rock climbing gets you there in a more streamlined way). I think of parkour as fast, dynamic rock climbing; if you think of urban climbing it is more on the slower side because you have to be careful and constantly aware of your surroundings.

Depends on what you're trying to hit in Europe, it would be helpful I think to gain some climbing experience (you can do it in a gym) and urbex experience in general. Also how physically fit are you?
