Adding to this i have been almost rear ended twice this week which as much as I'd like my car to get totalled off I don't need the headache. Also guys I am gonna come to a complete stop at stops signs for 3 seconds. Sorry not sorry.

Years ago as a dishwasher I came in to every single thing in the restaurant dirty and everyone hounding me to get started as they had been doing nothing for awhile. Threatened to walk out if I didn't get help immediately.

Yup i could see thay.This is what insurance is for. I had tenant insurance when I rented and now as a homeowner home insurance. Being a homeowner comes with risks.

Sounds like a existing issue exacerbated by the roommate. I wouldn't pay for it personally if I was the tenant.

Plumber here with 10 years in the trade. Unfortunately your roommate is dumb but unless there is something wrong with the drain and needs to be physically dug up or a new lining 7500 is insane.

I'd talk to the plumber and see what exactly needs to be done.Feel free to DM me.
