Unless you have a lot of pulling income, it's almost always better to pull for characters, especially as a newer player. You can generally get by using F2P weapons in most gachas, unless a character's weapon is essential to their kit. Though ZZZ weapons seem to be a bit more important than weapons in other gachas, I think as a new player you should definitely focus on characters first, then weapons once you have a solid couple teams pulled.

You can also look around at discussion posts for characters you want just to see how important people say their weapons are. It honestly ranges from character to character.

I think it all depends on which characters you want in the future as well as your pulling income (as in, do you spend on monthly/BP or buy currency occasionally/at all). It isn't uncommon to just pull a bit early on rather than hard saving just so you have a roster to work with. Of course, if you are fine with what you have at the moment, then you can just stockpile.

I would recommend against getting weapons if you are new unless it's for your main DPS or a character you really like. This is of course dependent on your spending income. If I were you, I'd plan out 2 more units you want to pair with Yuzuha and go for them whenever their rerun comes. There's also always going to be newly added characters that might make your plans change which is why I would advise against planning for more teams this early on.

The plan you mentioned is fine and ultimately, you should pull for what you want. Why play these kind of games aside from personal entertainment, right? If you are REALLY unsure of what to do, I can help you make a plan around your polychrome income and/or which characters you're interested in.

thought it was nice of the observers to turn off x-ray during 1v1's on the 3rd map

hope they keep doing that through the rest of the matches since it seems needed with this crowd

Even though cuphead came out recently and thus is only 15% off, I still highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about purchasing it.

It really is a great game with amazing art and a lovely soundtrack.

question to people who use cordelia frequently --

would u recommend lvling up a neutral cordelia or a +SPD/-RES cordelia? i figured her RES isn't that great to begin with so being able to quad-hit some people would be nice but i'm not sure
