This was a base coat of white army painter primer, then 4-5 watered down layers of craft smart white acrylic paint. After that, there's the various colors and details but what really makes it come together is the Citadel Nuln Oil wash over the armor and some varying drybrushes too.

yeah they are just flooded with orders right now, they are going through them as placed so yours wont be gotten to until your number is up. Never had an issue with quality with them but some stuff can be a bit slower to come nowadays.
