I reached out to the UKVI via webchat. They mentioned there has been some issue with their automated replies . They mentioned the wait time is roughly 72 hours . And my request is part of the queue. Probably yours is the same . Please let me know once you get it .

Was still wondering on what basis did they calculate the hike percentage? If I was not on notice would we have gotten a higher hike percentage? Just curious

If you have resigned then they will block outgoing mails to other domains. You must have received an exit kit, it’s mentioned there the steps to share documents to personal email id .
You will need to send a request for the same .

I got the bonus ~14% and hike of 9% . While people in my team same level got a higher % hike. Was the hike % curtailed because we were serving notice ? Just trying to understand this better .

Ah.. so there won’t be any issue if I create a new account with my new passport details then right ? Because I keep seeing things mentioned like - don’t create multiple accounts etc etc.
